I will never share your personal details with anyone. If I need to share your details with a 3rd party for example your doctor, I will always ask for your permission first.

You may receive a regular updates about my practice and promotional information. This might be through email or text message. I will also contact you via email or text message to confirm appointments.

All personal data that I collect about you for is stored in a locked filing cabinet under a personal file under your name. My electronic devices are password protected.

I will hold this data for as long as deemed necessary by my insurance company. I will then shred any paper files and I will delete you from my contacts list on all my electronic devices.
